A private hava morning at Blue Hole in Wimberley. Twenty-five of us. Two hours by the water. Yoga, deep breathing, and time to release what we came carrying. The river plunge is optional. For those who would rather stay dry, we hold a rock release ritual on the bank so no one leaves without letting something go.
