hava is a small gathering, and we treat your information the way we treat everything else here: gently, and only for the reason you offered it.
What we collect.
Only what you type into our forms. That may include your name, your email address, and anything you choose to write when you request a room, join hava Fridays, or send feedback after a gathering.
We do not ask for anything we do not need, and you never have to fill in more than feels right to you.
How we use it.
We use what you share to reply to you, to hold your place at a retreat, to send hava Fridays notes if you asked for them, and to make the next gathering better.
Form submissions are handled through our website host so that we receive them by email. Payments for rooms are handled by Stripe on their own secure pages, and hava never sees your card details.
What we never do.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it or hand it to anyone for advertising. It stays with hava and the trusted tools we use to run the gatherings.
